PROJECTS

The Cool School is a dynamic sketchkom for students of all ages and their parents. Each episode tells us about daily life of pupils and teachers.

Murder squad detective Andrei Morozov is one of life’s hidden heroes. No big stars on his epaulettes, Morozov is not one who panders to his bosses with daily reports and no one ever tries to bribe him because it is simply pointless. He is incorruptible. Undiplomatic, stubborn, for many he is a pain in the neck. The outskirts of Moscow is home to the country homes of the elite and moronic criminals in tracksuits – virtually unchanged since the 1990s. This where the interests of organised crime groups coincide with those of sleazy oligarchs and corrupt officials. But Morozov is head of the murder squad of the local CID and that means that fight for justice will be long and uncompromising. Over the course of 12 episodes several small criminal cases are investigated – each for a couple of episodes, with one much bigger case tracked throughout the entire series.

About us!

Amedia is one of the biggest Russian producers of television films, series and programs. The company’s library includes about 3000 hours of content and nearly 70 titles. The first Russian sitcom My Fair Nanny, romantic drama series Don´t Be Born Beautiful and Tatiana´s Day, supernatural thriller The Closed School and others are among the best known company’s hit shows.

Amedia is a multiple winner of the TEFI, Russian Television Academy Awards.

The company has built a 40,000 square meters, 16-stage full-cycle production facility by renovating a former factory in the center of Moscow.
